Users are the parties to each item transaction. They separately agree the price, exchanged items, condition, defects, payment, collection or shipping terms. Accepting these rules during registration does not buy a product, conclude a particular sale or authorise payment.
Sellers must own the goods or be authorised to sell, use accurate photos and descriptions and disclose known defects and legally required information. Counterfeit, stolen, unlawful, dangerous or rights-infringing goods are prohibited. Listing approval is not a guarantee of authenticity, ownership, safety, payment or delivery.
Meet in a safe public place and inspect items. For shipping, agree the carrier, dispatch date, packaging, insurance, tracking, costs and returns in writing. Share addresses only as necessary; avoid unknown payment links and never share passwords or verification codes. Tovunza does not collect item payments or arrange shipments for users.
Applicable rights concerning defects, non-delivery, payment, withdrawal and returns are preserved. Professional sellers must disclose their status and provide required pre-contract information, invoices and consumer protections. Private transactions and consumer transactions differ. These general rules do not replace the contract for an individual transaction.
