Tovunza connects users who list items for sale, swap, donation or wanted ads. The operator is identified below. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Give accurate account and listing details and protect your credentials. Impersonation, fraud, spam and bypassing technical limits are prohibited. Registration does not verify a user’s identity or goods.
You must have rights to uploaded material. You grant the non-exclusive permission needed to display, resize, watermark and promote your listing within the service, without transferring ownership. Removed content is not republished except where legally necessary records must be retained.
The transaction and community rules form part of this agreement. Proportionate action may include content removal, temporary restrictions or account closure. Reasons are provided where practicable and lawful; appeals can be sent through support or the contact below. An unproven good-faith report alone is not grounds for punishment.
Tovunza is not the seller, buyer, carrier, payment institution or escrow service for users’ goods. This does not exclude the operator’s own liability, mandatory consumer or data protection obligations, or liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence. Uninterrupted or absolute security is not guaranteed. Material changes will be notified before taking effect and require renewed acceptance where necessary; older acceptances retain their original version. Mandatory local rights and access to competent courts and consumer bodies remain unaffected.
Publishing a new listing or submitting an edit for review requires a unique username, phone number with country code, email-code verification and an admin-approved profile photo. A replacement photo requires a new review. The green profile badge indicates these steps, not official identity verification or a guarantee of a seller or transaction. Phone numbers are not verified by SMS.
